We believe all CHD children and families experiencing hospice should have support in building final memories as a family.
The Avery Faith Foundation addresses grief through family pictures, child life support programming for siblings, family bonding opportunities, and other necessary financial support.
In Honor of Avery Faith
The Avery Faith Foundation was created in honor of 10 month old Avery Faith Adams, who passed away in June of 2012 of a rare syndrome VACTREL and complications of CHD.
